You can work out during your fast, but it depends on how you feel and what type of exercise you’re doing:
Light to moderate workouts (walking, yoga, stretching) - these are generally fine and can even help with energy and focus during fasting.
Strength training and intense workouts - if you’re used to fasting workouts, you may continue, but listen to your body. Some people feel great, while others may need to scale back.
Best timing - many people prefer working out toward the end of their fast so they can refuel soon after.
If you feel weak or dizzy, it’s okay to take it easy. Fasting is already a challenge, so do what feels right for you!
