I didn't receive the tracking link

If you're having trouble locating your tracking link, here are a few steps you can follow to find it:

1. Check your email (including spam/junk folders) 
   
   Your tracking link is sent to the email address you used at checkout. If you haven’t seen it, please double-check your spam or junk folders—it may have ended up there by mistake. Search for “BurnBox”, “BurnBox tracking”, or “BurnBox shipped”. 

2. Access your BurnBox account
   
   Your tracking link can also be found in your self-service portal.
