If you wish to cancel before the second charge, you’ll need to cover the price difference between the subscription and the one-time order price.
This needs to be done via our self-service platform. If you already have an account, log in here. Please note that it is important that you register first if you haven't created an account yet.
To cancel the subscription by paying the difference, please:
Go to 'Manage subscription'.
Click on the Pay & Cancel button and then on Decline & Cancel Subscription.
Please note that if you have paused your subscription, these options will not appear. You will need to unpause the subscription to be able to pay the difference.
Our service operates on a subscription basis with a discounted rate. As per our Terms & Conditions, the subscription can be canceled without needing to pay the price difference after the second charge.
